EndNote
is capable of formatting a bibliography in over 250 different
bibliographic styles. These styles are organized in folders by field
of study (e.g. humanities, medicine, psychology). Within each style
folder are many different publication styles.
While most styles can be completely automatically formatted,
some may require post-compilation editorial changes due to
limitations in EndNote programming or word processor functionality.
The following is an example of one of such limitation note: A list
of styles, including notes about limitations, is available from the
help menu (see Bibliographic Styles, then select EndNote
Styles Collection).
Before
choosing to format you bibliography, the style folder must be set to
the appropriate section.
