These tutorials will guide you through support issues in GeorgiaView Vista.

Java Tutorials
GeorgiaVIEW Vista requires that you have a certain version of Java installed on your web browser in order for it to function properly. Choose the tutorial for your operating system that will show you what version you need and how to install it.

Tutorial legend

The following pages contain links to tutorials in various formats:

  • Flash means that you will be able to view the interactive tutorial or video using Adobe Flash Player.
  • HTML means that the tutorial is simply another webpage with no additional information.
  • iPod means that you can download the .m4v file to play on a video-based device such as an iPod.
  • PDF means that you will be able to view the static tutorial using Adobe Reader. You can print the document for future reference.

Clearing Java Cache How to reset the java cache. Usually done when something in GeorgiaView Vista is not fuctioning correctly. Alsoa common solution when you recieve the "login loop" or get kicked out. Flash
