The IT Service Desk, a centralized computer troubleshooting service, provides assistance for faculty, staff and students. Three ways to reach us: by phone at 1-4000, via e-mail at , or in person on the first floor of the Greenblatt Library.

Monday -- Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday Noon - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

The IT Service Desk troubleshooting service for customer-owned equipment is provided free-of-charge. Because of the complimentary nature of this service and because the IT Service Desk has no way of knowing in advance how complex or extensive a potential repair or problem might be, the IT Service Desk is unable to warranty its work or guarantee any particular result. Customers, by using this complimentary service, thereby release, indemnify and hold harmless the IT Service Desk and its agents and employers from any liability arising out of its repair and/or troubleshooting of his/her PC or handheld device.
