Workstation Support

About Us:
The Workstation Support Staff provides computer support for both PC and Macintosh users at the Medical College of Georgia. Its services include onsite software and hardware support, and new hardware and software installation. The Workstation Support staff maintain both Windows and Macintosh operating systems and troubleshoot errors on both platforms.

We have divided the campus into four regional grids and assigned small work groups of staff to support the specific buildings within each grid.

Request for support should be initiated through the IT Service Desk.
