Project Management Office

The PMO is designed to provide ongoing support for project managers in the business units and is tasked with the responsibility of working in a consulting role to provide project managers with all the information they need to run a project.

Our goals are to:

• Instill the project management discipline for all IT-related projects
• Implement standard practices and processes across project
• Improve project success rates by assisting in cutting costs and improving on project delivery (time, resources, and budget)
• Select and maintain project management tools for use throughout the IT organization
