Server Administration

Our Objective
Server Administration provides academic, business and research computing services to The Medical College of Georgia faculty, staff and students. Our goal is convenience and cost-effectiveness. Our efforts benefit the Medical College of Georgia's educational goals, which include modernizing and extending MCG's computing facilities and resources.

Contact Information
We are located on the second floor of the Annex Building.  Our normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. Enterprise systems are team supported 24 hr by 7 day week support.

All calls should be routed through the MCG IT Service Desk at 1-4000 or MCGHI Help Desk at 1-7500. For after hours emergency support, please contact the Service Desk at 1-7500.
