Access your voice-mail

Use the following steps to access your voice-mail account by phone:

1.  Dial your Voice-mail Access Number - 706-721-6160
2. You will be prompted to enter specific information depending on the number you are calling from. Do one of the following:

• If you are calling from your desk phone or another recognized number, enter your telephone PIN, then press .
• If you are not calling from a recognized number, enter your mailbox ID (desk phone number including area code i.e. 7067210000), then press . Your current greeting will begin to play. Press  followed by your phone Pin, then press

You are now logged in to your account.

NOTE:  At any time while navigating the phone menu, you can press the star "*" key to return to the previous menu.
