Qwest Calling Card

• Work order is required
• International or US
• Department must log pin number for each card

Toll Free Numbers (800 - 877)

GTA information to consider

• Coverage - GA, US (48, 50) States, Regional (South East), International
• Restrictions Vary
• Toll free call will ring on local number i.e. Desk Phone
• 800 numbers attached/assigned to the same "Ship To" number as the 721 number.
• Invoice will be mailed directly to department
• Mail stop needed on order
• Ring Tone - Double Ring. Toll Fee incoming ring tones, same as off campus calls.

Considerations:

• If advertising 800 numbers ensure local number is included in advertisement.
• Consider restriction of local (Pg 8 Bell South Phone Directory) toll free number calling. IE. Prevent customer calling from Walton Way on toll free line. Call will be assessed current long distancecharges.

MCG PIN Cards

• Pin card is required for calling long distance from restricted MCG telephones
• Charges will appear on GTA e-Bill associated with department "Ship To" number that was assigned on work order.
• Work order required.
