Instructions for disabling a popup blocker

If you have a message like this on your screen, a popup blocker has been enabled on your computer and you need to disable it.  In order to get a login window, you need to disable the popup blocker on your computer.

To disable the popup blocker, hold down the Ctrl key and, while holding that key down, click on View > Refresh

A login window will pop up on your screen as shown below:
