COOL
COOL is MCG’s repository for reports generated by various systems. It allows users to select and view reports to which they have been granted access by departmental data stewards. COOL allows for reports to be queried, printed, as well as exported to text and spreadsheet documents for various departmental uses.
Contact Information
General COOL questions and requests for access should be addressed to
the MCG Service Desk or MCGHI Help Desk. Requests for new users should include the
supervisor’s as well as the new user’s name and contact information.
Requests for access to specific reports should come from a supervisor and
include the name of the report and an e-mail from the owner of the report
specifically granting access.
