Enabling Java and JavaScript

Internet Explorer

• Click Tools and choose Internet Options.
• In the next window click on the Advanced tab in the upper right corner.
• Scroll down until you see Microsoft VM.
• Under Microsoft VM, make sure that JIT (Just-In-Time) compiler for Virtual Machine is checked.
• JavaScript is enabled when Explorer is first launched. There is no option to turn it off.

Netscape

• Click Edit and choose Preferences.
• When the Preferences window opens choose the "Advanced" text in the category area on the left. To enable Java, make sure that "Enable Java" is checked.

• Click the Scripts & Plugins option on the left:

• Make sure the options on the right are checked as seen above.
• Click OK.
