Support for Campus
Telecommunications services are offered through the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA). When considering moving, adding or changing your communication systems, please refer to our Telecommunications website. Support for campus includes:

  • Design, training and installation services for telephone products
  • Long distance, calling card, and local telephone service
  • Paging Services
  • Billing
  • Cabling design and installation

Voice Communications
Voice communication standards are provided by GTA based upon the needs of the user. This includes:

Telephones

Single Line Instrument
Multiple Line Instrument
Special Services (Digital) Instrument

Paging Devices

Numeric Pager
Alpha-numeric Pager

Voice Mail

Level 1 Service:
10 - 1 minute messages (See options below)

Level 2 Service:
20 - 2 minute messages (See options below)

Level 3 Service:
30 - 3 minute messages (See options below)

  • Option A. Press "0" to transfer to another telephone
  • Option B. Pager Notified to call 706-721-6160 (voice mail retrieval)
  • Option C. Both Option A and Option B

Note: Default Voice Mail = 3 Rings before rollover to voice mail

Other Service/Product Requirements

As determined by the needs of the customer. These include, but are not limited to:

 - Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)
