Adobe Acrobat in browser window

Problem
Forms print or save without the information entered (blank forms).

What to do about it
When a PDF opens in a browser window the save, print etc. features are located right above the view window. Using Save As or Print from the File menu will result in only the web page.

Note: Not all icons are available using the free Acrobat Reader.

Preventing the Problem
When trying to access the Adobe (.pdf) forms, we recommend that you click the right mouse button over the file link and save the file to your hard drive (using "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" or your browser's equivalent). Open the file on your hard drive using your viewer program instead of your web browser.
