INFOSPAN recipient resolve failed

Windows Messaging System (WMS) is used by Novell GroupWise. On occasion, when a third party e-mail client such as Outlook or Eudora is installed, WMS may become corrupted. When this happens some e-mail reliant programs, such as INFOSPAN, may not function correctly and receives the error message "INFOSPAN recipient resolve failed." If you receive this error re-installing WMS should resolve the problem.
