As campus employee GroupWise accounts are migrated to the new clustered post offices, server-side maintenance processes are run to update address book items to reflect the new system location. On some Frequent Contact/Personal address book entries, this information is not updated, and a message is returned undeliverable with the D101 - User not found error.
To correct this error, remove the Frequent Contact entry to allow the GroupWise client to poll the system address book for the correct information.
