Changing Auto-Archive Option

GroupWise has a feature that automatically archives old e-mail to the the computer you are accessing GroupWise from. This feature only works when you are using the GroupWise client. By default it will archive e-mail messages that are sixty (60) days old or older. You can change this setting.

Decreasing the age at which your mail is archived will decrease the amount of allotted e-mail space you are using, thereby lessening the likelihood that you will exceed your e-mail quota.

1. Login to GroupWise

2. Click on Tools
   
   
3. Click on Options
   
   
4. Double click on Environment
   
   
5. Click on Cleanup
   
   
6. Change Settings
   
   
   
7. Click on OK
