Changing Auto-Archive Option

The Enterprise e-mail client has a feature that automatically archives old e-mail to the the computer you are accessing Enterprise e-mail from. This feature only works when you are using the Enterprise e-mail client. By default it will archive e-mail messages that are sixty (60) days old or older. You can change this setting.

Decreasing the age at which your mail is archived will decrease the amount of allotted e-mail space you are using, thereby lessening the likelihood that you will exceed your e-mail quota.

  1. Login to the Enterprise e-mail client

  2. Click on Tools

    Click Tools
  3. Click on Options

    Click Options
  4. Double click on Environment

    Click Environment
  5. Click on Cleanup

    Click Clean-up
  6. Change Settings

    Change settings
  7. Click on OK
