Diversity at MCG includes an infinite range of characteristics that aren’t visible simply by looking at an individual – characteristics related to background, experiences, and perspectives. MCG defines diversity broadly and includes differences related not only to race and ethnicity but also to age, disability, gender, national origin, religion, and sexual orientation.
