Deb Barshafsky, Vice President for Decision Support
Deb has principal responsibility for the
analysis, distribution, and presentation of data and
information in support of planning, decision making, and
policy formulation. She works closely with other members of
Cabinet to ensure the successful implementation, tracking,
and completion of strategic and operational initiatives and
projects. She also serves as principal executive level staff
to the President, assisting him by dealing with a wide range
of internal and external issues, providing analysis and
consultation, and preparing presidential communications. |

Janet Hopkins, Administrative Associate
Janet assists the Vice President for Decision Support and the staff
of the Office of Decision Support by performing a variety of associated
administrative, fiscal, staff support, and planning activities. |

Stan DeHoff, University Project Portfolio Manager
Stan works with the Vice President
for Decision Support to monitor and facilitate the work of the
institution’s project managers and/or project implementation teams
at an institutional level to ensure optimum coordination,
integration of processes, and successful and efficient completion of
institutional initiatives, both strategic and operational. |

Mickey Williford,
Director of Organizational Development & Effectiveness
In addition to directing administrative assessment initiatives and leading coordination of academic assessment initiatives, Mickey also oversees the process for refining MCG's administrative policies and other administrative resources. Further, Mickey works with the Vice President for Decision Support to coordinate ad hoc presidential initiatives and to support MCG leaders in the upcoming reaffirmation of SACS regional accreditation. |

Vacant, Coordinator of Academic Assessment
Providing centralized support across all academic units, the Coordinator provides services and guidance to academic programs for periodic assessments as well as for meeting programmatic accreditation standards. Additionally, the Coordinator works with the Director of Organizational Development & Effectiveness to support MCG's SACS accreditation efforts. |

Holly Goodson,
Director of Institutional Data and
Analysis
Holly develops systems, tools and processes to ensure effective and
efficient dissemination of institutional data and information that
will enhance the quality of the decision making process at the
university's executive level and support the information needs of
internal and external constituents. She also provides leadership in
the areas of data access, management and integrity. |

Marzella Stone,
Coordinator of Institutional Information
Marzella maintains a number of institutional databases, from which
regular and ad hoc reports are produced. She also coordinates the institutional response to external surveys
such as the SACS Institutional Profile, Peterson's Guide surveys, etc. and
the institution's participation in the IPEDS reporting process
of the National Center for Education Statistics. |

Christopher Weldon,
Coordinator of Enrollment Research
Chris conducts enrollment research projects, manages student
databases and provides accurate and punctual data to support
enrollment management and institutional decision-making. |

Tricia Perea, Information Designer
The Information Designer is responsible for delivering in an often fast-paced environment a high volume of quantitative information products that both disseminate official facts and statistics related to the institution and historical trending for public consumption. The Information Designer also supports institutional leaders who require highly refined business intelligence data for effective decision-making, planning and evaluation.
