Current Status
The Department of Medical Illustration completed its self-study and
hosted a site visit from the Association of Medical
Illustrators (AMI) on November 15-16, 2001.
The evaluators found the
Graduate Program in Medical Illustration in full compliance with the Standards
and Guidelines for an Accredited Educational Program for the Medical Illustrator
(Essentials) and that it meets and or exceeds the Essentials required
for continuing accreditation. The program received 12 commendations from the
evaluators.
