AFLAC

Supplemental insurance is available through American Family Life Assurance Corporation (AFLAC) to all regular employees with a work commitment of half time or more. AFLAC offers four supplemental insurance products:  cancer insurance, hospital indemnity plan, accident and short-term disability plan.  These are supplements to the health insurance plans - not a substitute - and a supplement to your income in the event of one of those occurrences.

The following policies are availble through AFLAC:

• Cancer Policy
• Hospital Indemnity Policy
• Accident Policy
