Description: Seeking an investigator,
for a faculty appointment to join the CBGM, with expertise in the
development and/or use of high throughput proteomic technologies to study
protein expression and explore its application in diagnosis and therapy.
The CBGM has strong research initiatives in the areas of diabetes,
autoimmunity, cancer, molecular immunology, bioinformatics, proteomics and
genomics. Candidates are expected to develop strong extramurally
funded research programs and contribute to graduate and medical education. Successful candidates will be appointed at a rank commensurate with
experience and funding history.

building a Biomarker Discovery Center of Excellence to expand
translational research. The CBGM has strong research initiatives
recognized among the best in the world. Research areas include
diabetes, autoimmunity tolerance, cancer, molecular immunology,
bioinformatics, proteomics and genomics. Our core facility offers a
unique integration of high-throughput and world-class innovative
technologies. We are seeking outstanding investigators with expertise
in genetics and/or genomics of complex diseases with interest in cancer,
autoimmune diseases or diabetes to join us in the rank of Associate
Professor or higher. The successful candidates should have a strong
extramurally funded research program and will use high-throughput
genetic and genomic technologies to develop novel diagnostic and
