Authority

The Executive Committee shall be composed of a Chairman, Chairman-elect, Past Chairman, Secretary-Treasurer, and six faculty members of the University Faculty Senate and the President, ex-officio.

Term of Office

Serves a term of one year.

Responsibilities

1. Attends and serves as a member of all meetings of the Executive Committee and the University Faculty Senate and special meetings called by the Chairman.
2. Attends and serves as a member of the MCG President's Executive Council.
3. Serves as the chair of the Presidential Lectures Series Committee.
