Representation

The University Faculty Senate (formerly known as the Academic Council) represents the faculty of each of MCG’s five schools – Allied Health Sciences, Dentistry, Graduate Studies, Medicine and Nursing – in areas including promotion, tenure, junior faculty mentoring, development and grievances.

The Senate compiles the MCG Faculty Manual, and hosts the ongoing Forum for the Future series on various topics of interest.
