Your initial receipt shows the one time only activation fee and your initial deposit amounts and plan balances. Every time you make a purchase or swipe your card, the card reader or your receipt shows your balance. You may use your account to a $0 balance with no penalty.
You can manage your account ONLINE at www.mcg.edu/express - - check your balance, view transactions, and make or schedule deposits 24/7 from any computer with internet access. Additional funds may also be added at the MCG ExpressCard office in person with cash, check, or bank card.
REMEMBER: When multiple plans are utilized each plan balance is reported individually. When two or more plans are valid, the ‘first’ plan allowed for the location is used until it reaches a $0 balance - THEN the ‘next’ plan allowed for the location is automatically accessed. The balance shown on the reader or receipt is for the last plan used from your account.
Lost or misplaced I.D. cards should be reported immediately online at www.mcg.edu/express or to the MCG Express Card Office at 721-9939 to prevent misuse.
