Wilderness Medicine
- MedWar offers medical students, residents, and health care
professionals with an enjoyable curriculum for learning and applying
emergency medical knowledge in a wilderness setting

- Each year the Department of Emergency Medicine conducts a
Wilderness Medicine lecture series:
- composed of one-hour lectures over a 9-week period
- designed to better prepare students to provide care in austere and remote environments
