- All emergency medicine resident ED shifts are 9 hours in duration.
- Residents are given 3 – 4 pediatric emergency department shifts per month.
- Moonlighting is allowed during the 2nd and 3rd years of residency.
- Each resident chooses a faculty advisor who will serve to answer questions and give feedback to the resident on his/her performance.
