When will the Student Resource Guide be mailed?
CCEMTP Student Resource Guide for the course is usually mailed 2-4 weeks
prior to the beginning of class.
How much does the course cost, and why is it so much lower at MCG than at
other course locations?
The registration fee is $800.00. The
price of the course includes labs fee for the Cadaver Lab, Full Human
Simulator Lab, Pig Heart Dissection and Advance Airway Management using Pig
Trachea. We are able to keep the cost of the program down by using in-house
Emergency Medicine Residents and Faculty to provide lecture. We want our
students to become better practitioners as inexpensively as possible, while
getting a first rate hands on experience that no other program offers.
How many students are allowed in the course?
We normally try to limit it to 30 students to maintain a quality program.
What Lodging or Housing Resources are Available?
Local Lodging - When calling to reserve rooms, you should tell the
registration desk which course you are in. Normally, you must contact the
hotel directly for a reduced rate.

What is the clinical attire?
Neat, clean and professional are the most important things to keep in

clean black shiny shoes. That's not required, but many students have worn
that type of clothing in the past. A clean collared shirt (no
alcohol/tobacco advertising), preferably dark pants (please, no jeans for
clinical sites), clean shoes. Duty uniforms are acceptable at clinical
sites.
What is classroom attire?
Almost anything seasonably comfortable and neat. Jeans or slacks,
tasteful shorts, collared or uncollared shirts (please, no alcohol/tobacco
advertising or bare bellies), comfortable shoes, etc... are
acceptable.

New to the campus is our Wellness Center.
Complete with indoor track, 6 tons of free-weights, basketball court,
exercise machines with video and lots more. You can check it out by taking
