Office of Maritime MedicineThe Center of Operational Medicine (COM) is pleased to announce the following Maritime Medicine courses:
Hyperbaric Medicine in Honduras: Dive Medical Train The COM invites you to enroll in a unique Dive Medical Training course hosted in gorgeous Utila, Honduras. The 10-day experience consists of classroom didactics, dives off the coast of Honduras, and hands-on hyperbaric medicine training at the state-of-the-art facilities of the Bay Islands College of Diving. Earn your PADI Dive and/or Rescue Diver and DMT Certifications while enjoying the pristine setting of Utila, Honduras. First-Aid at Sea Enroll in the COM's first ever First-Aid at Sea course, which was created to train cruise ship employees how to handle medical problems often encountered at sea. The course will be a combination of lectures and practical exercises, and anyone employed on a cruise ship or other sea-faring vessel is invited to attend.
