The VP for Instruction and Enrollment Management, in conjunction with ITSS, is pleased to announce the third event in the “Teaching with Technology: Engaging Students for Success” series. This event will be March 18th, 2010 from 9:00 - 3:30 in the Greenblatt Library. Lunch will be provided. Participants will receive CEU and/or CME credits.
This event will feature speakers related to Teaching with Technology, Research Computing and Administrative Computing. Participants will be able to select from a series of 1 hour presentations (3 per hour) to best accommodate their busy schedules. In addition to a keynote speaker and other relevant speakers, Dr. Christy Price will be back on campus to lead a panel of MCG students, comprised of all schools, who will be sharing with the faculty their views on learning, the role of technology and many other student perspectives.
The agenda and speaker engagements are in the process of being finalized. You will be notified of the final agenda via e-mail and posted to this website as soon as they become available.
Instructional Support and Educational Design will host a series of faculty development workshops and demonstrations. The goal is to provide faculty choice with a wide array of instructional technologies and tools.
