The Latest in Non-Surgical
and Surgical Facial Rejuvenation


April 25-26, 2008

 
This two-day course will offer the latest information on facial rejuvenation, including non-surgical and surgical procedures.
 

Course Description
The course takes a multidisciplinary approach to demonstrate facial rejuvenation techniques. It is divided into two sections: non-surgical facial rejuvenation with lectures and live demonstrations, and surgical approaches concluding with a fresh cadaver laboratory.

Objectives

This course should enable participants to:

  • Describe and review indications for non-surgical and surgical facial rejuvenation techniques
  • Understand the anatomy for non-surgical and surgical facial rejuvenation techniques
  • Understand techniques for neuromodulator and fillers injection echniques and non-surgical facial rejuvenation approaches

Targeted Audience
The course is designed for family physicians, otolaryngologists, dermatologists, oral surgeons, ophthalmologists, plastic surgeons and facial plastic surgeons interested in learning about FDA-approved fillers, neuromodulators, laser techniques and surgical procedures.

Accreditation
The Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine is accredited by the
Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing
medical education for physicians.

Credit Designation

The Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 15 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Location
Lecture sessions will be held at the Augusta Marriott Hotel and dissection laboratory will be held in the MCG Anatomy Department.

The registration fee includes a course syllabus containing supplemental material and abstracts of the presentations. Early registration is encouraged since laboratory enrollment is limited.

$379.50 Two days of lectures without cadaver laboratory
$825.00 All lectures with cadaver laboratory
Cadaver Dissection Laboratory 1:30–5 p.m., Saturday, April 26, 2008.
Lab space is limited to 20 participants.

NO cancellation refunds will be made after March 28, 2008; half will be refunded before that date. The Medical College of Georgia cannot be responsible for  reimbursement of airline or other transportation fares, hotel or rental car  charges, including penalties.
