The registration fee is $410 for the entire course or $150 per calendar day. Early registration is encouraged to ensure your enrollment and lodging reservation.

Cancellations: A refund will be made upon written request prior to October 2, 2009; however, $75 will be retained to cover administrative fees. We reserve the right to cancel the program if necessary. Full registration fees will be refunded for canceled programs. The Medical College of Georgia cannot be responsible for reimbursement of airline or other transportation fares, hotel or rental car charges, including penalties.

LOCATION AND LODGING
All sessions will be held at Brasstown Valley Resort, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge
Mountains off Highway 76 between Hiawassee and Young Harris, approximately
100 miles north of Atlanta. This seminar will provide an excellent opportunity to
combine a valuable educational experience with a restful weekend enjoying the
autumn beauty of the Southern Appalachians and the varied recreational
opportunities at Brasstown Valley. The conference is planned during the height of
the magnificent fall color season. Many shops featuring local mountain crafts, the
Alpine Village of Helen, Georgia and other attractions are nearby.
A block of rooms has been reserved for course participants. Please make your reservations before September 28, 2009. Our block of rooms will be
released after this date. If calling in your reservations, 800-201-3205, please
identify your group as “Medical College of Georgia Primary Care Issues” to
receive the special rate of $204 single or double occupancy. Reservations with payment of deposit by credit
card may be faxed to 706-379-9999.
ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE 
Golf, tennis, hiking, horseback riding, fishing,
boating, full-service fitness center and a new spa are just a few of the recreational opportunities available at Brasstown Valley Resort. We will send you information on these activities as well as other attractions in the tri-state area along with your registration confirmation.
