Registration Information
The registration fee includes the course syllabus containing supplemental material and abstracts of the presentations. Early registration is encouraged as laboratory enrollment is limited. The 7 hour lab session will be limited to 8 participants.

| Temporal Bone Laboratory 2:30–6:00 p.m., Friday,
Feb. 20 and 1:30–5:00 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 21. The lab sessions are filled! |

Enrollment is limited and advanced registration is requested. The 7-hour lab session will be limited to eight participants. Only half of the registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is made after January 22, 2009. An administrative fee of $75 will be retained on all refunds. No refunds will be given after the course has begun.
The Medical College of Georgia cannot be responsible for reimbursing airline or other transportation fares, hotel or rental car charges, including penalties.
