Enrollment is limited and advance registration is requested. The registration fee is $185 and includes scientific sessions, continental breakfast, lunch and reception. The registration fee, less a $75 administrative charge, is refundable if notice of cancellation is received by September 26, 2009.

before October 2, 2009. The block of rooms will be released
