  • Auxiliaries from your office may attend all lectures during September for $350 per auxiliary. Two optional work shops for auxiliaries will be offered on Sunday, September 21, 2008 for an additional fee of $95 per participant.
    • Surgical Assistants from your office may attend during December for $300 per assistant.
    • Lunch will be provided each day of the course.
  • Speakers may change due to unexpected conflicts.
