Auxiliaries from your office may attend all lectures during September for $395 per auxiliary.

An optional workshop for auxiliaries will be offered on Sunday, September 17, 2006 for an additional fee of $95 per participant.

Surgical Assistants from your office may attend during December for $300 per assistant.

Lunch will be provided from 12:15 – 1:15 p.m. each day of the course.
