General Admission Criteria
Admission is based on the applicant’s prior academic performance at the
college level and on an assessment of the applicant’s motivation and
personal qualities needed to successfully complete the program.
- Prior to enrollment, the applicant must have completed a
core curriculum
of 60 semester hours at another accredited college or university.
- A grade point average of at least 2.3 (on a 4.0 scale) on previous
college work is required for consideration.
- Two letters of recommendation are required.
- Applicants whose first language is not English must submit official
TOEFL scores. A minimum score of 213
on the computer-based exam or 550 on the paper exam is required for
admission consideration.
Application Procedures
The Admissions Committee selects the applicants who seem best qualified
for the program from among those who apply. Application forms are available
from the
Office of Academic Admissions.
Applications for admission are encouraged by
April 1, but will continue to be processed until the class has been filled. |
