GENERAL ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS

 

MASTER OF PUBLIC HEALTH IN HEALTH INFORMATICS

In addition to your complete application and $30 application fee, the following must also be submitted before your application can be considered:

 

1.

  1. An official transcript from each college/university attended. (Must be mailed to MCG from the institution.)

2.

Three references.

3. Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores of 1000 or higher must be mailed directly to MCG by the Educational Testing Service. Scores must be less than 5 years old. In special occasions, waivers of the GRE requirement will be granted to professionals with terminal degrees (MD, PhD, DDS, DMD, ScD, EdD, DBA, etc.) from accredited United States universities.
4.

Deadline for completed applications and supporting application materials for Fall semester 2007 admission is July 1, 2007. Early application is strongly encouraged. Applications and supporting materials received after this deadline will be considered on a space-available basis only.
