Our Mission

The mission of the Exhibits Committee is to enhance the hospital and academic medical environment for our patients, families, visitors, healthcare personnel and students through the display of the visual arts.

Our goals

  • To exhibit artwork by community artists in strategic locations within healing and educational environments.
  • To actively pursue exhibits reflecting cultural diversity.
  • To Identify and expand the exhibit locations in high visibility areas including the Greenblatt Library and specific areas within MCG Medical Center.
  • To promote exhibits and artists through the institution’s standard media process.
  • To increase the database of potential exhibiting artists.
