How to Add a Calendar EventOverview Items posted to the calendars must be events and activities occurring at or sponsored by the Medical College of Georgia – personal items and off-campus activities are not permitted. No item may run for longer than one week prior to the date of the event without written approval from the Office of Strategic Communications. Posting Calendar Events
Once your event has been submitted, an email will be sent to the calendar
administrator who will review the submission and if approved, will post the
message to the calendar. If the event is not approved, you will be notified
by the calendar administrator. If you have a question pertaining to the
approval or disapproval of your event please contact the administrator of
the calendar. |
