Welcome to the Workforce Factory

The purpose of the Workforce Factory, which serves as the electronic clearinghouse for all data and information gathered by the Georgia Health Workforce Cooperative, is to make accurate health professions supply information readily available and accessible in a timely manner to health providers, education and training organizations, and others.

The specific goals of the factory are to:

• develop a comprehensive resource for data on Georgia's health professions workforce to enable descriptive studies and analyses.
• disseminate study results to a wide audience for application by policymakers.
