1. An applicant must submit an official transcript from ALL colleges, universities, or technical colleges attended.
Note: Applicants for Clinical & Translational Science are required to provide transcripts for the highest degree earned. The Dean for the School of Graduate Studies reserves the right to request additional academic records prior to admission consideration
2. "In Progress" transcripts are required from institutions that you are currently enrolled in your first semester/quarter. The final official transcript must be sent at the end of the term. If your institution will not provide "in progress" transcripts, you must submit an enrollment verification/registration form until the transcript can be provided.
3. To be considered official, the transcript must arrive in the Office of Academic Admissions in a SEALED envelope as part of your admissions packet submission.
Foreign Academic Study and/or International Applicants
1. Applicants who were educated outside the United States must submit professional course-by-course evaluations of all foreign educational documents. Note: Applicants who submit a transcript evaluation from one of the three professional services listed below are not required to submit transcripts of courses included in the evaluation. This evaluation must include a calculation of grade point average on a 4.0 scale. You may choose to have your academic records evaluated by any of the following three credentials evaluation services, at your cost:
Note: International applicants who apply prior to December 31st for admission to the Biomedical Sciences, PhD or Biostatistics, PhD programs in the School of Graduate Studies may be considered for a credentials evaluation at the expense of MCG.
