You are a physician, yet upon assuming the presidency, you seamlessly broadened your vision and embraced every...every segment of campus...enlisting the eager participation of each member of the MCG community in advancing the university's goals. The faculty applauds your inclusiveness and your keen understanding that we're all is this together. MCG's future rests on all of our shoulders, and we share that distinction with pride.

I have a deep appreciation and respect for the caliber of leadership that Dr. Rahn brings to MCG. He is recognized as a leader in health care, who has what it take to get the job done. Dr. Rahn possess the vision and know-how to lead this medical school...and Augusta into the future.
As we climb further into the 21st century, it is Dr. Daniel Rahn who will be guided by an unrelenting belief that Augusta should be the health care mecca of the south.
The bottom line: Augusta needs MCG and Dr. Rahn. And what Augusta needs is what Dr. Rahn has - Vision, Courage, and Leadership.
