Michael Jensen, Medical Illustration, Class of 2005
Hometown: Newark, California
"It is one of the most noble things to put up one's own money to
help anonymous students. I know that it is not done casually, and
it is truly humbling to have this honor bestowed upon me. Returning
to school in my 40s with a wife and small children is not easy, and
student financial pressures are too often a distraction. This
scholarship means that I will be able to focus more and worry less."

Harold L. Hewitt, Jr., Respiratory Therapy, Class of 2005
Hometown: Covington, Georgia
"This scholarship means more than just the monetary award. It is
recognition for the hard work and dedication I have achieved here at
MCG. I am proud to say I am a Respiratory Therapist from the
Medical College of Georgia."
