The Medical College of Georgia Legal Affairs Office provides advice on a variety of topics including contracts, employment and discretionary issues, inventions, copyrights and other intellectual property, and risk management. We cannot provide advice on matters which do not concern the Medical College of Georgia's official business. We are available to all administrative officers, supervisors and faculty at MCG by phone or appointment. Employees and students should generally consult with their supervisor or faculty member before contacting the Legal Affairs Office.

The Legal Affairs Staff are located in room AA-211 of the Administration Building. Our normal business hours are from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. In emergencies, an attorney is always available by calling 706-627-2421 or 706-836-9068.
