An Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) provides advanced nursing care that applies the 5 Cs in healthcare delivery: consistent, comprehensive, collaborative, coordinated, and cost-effective care to complex patients in acute and chronic care environments. 
Our ACNP students have access to outstanding clinical experiences in areas such as trauma, cardiovascular care and oncology. Our graduates are eligible for national board certification by the American Nurses Creditialing Center and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses Certification Corporation.

Our CNL is one of only
a few accelerated entry-level master's degree programs that
offers an advanced degree option for individuals who have
degrees in other fields. The program prepares nurses to be clinical leaders with the skills and competencies needed to thrive in the current and future health care system while striving to improve client outcomes and reduce health care costs.

Family Nurse Practitioner

families from infancy to old age. Upon
graduation, students are eligible to take the
certification exam offered by the American Academy
of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses

The Nursing Anesthesia Program at the Medical College of Georgia is focused on creating leaders in the field of nursing anesthesia practice throughout the state and region. Program
An accelerated master's entry program for Registered Nurses who are seeking their Master of Science in Nursing degree. This degree completion program will offer flexibility and accessibility for the RN student through online courses. The projected time-line for admission of the first class is Fall, 2009.
