Salary and Benefits
Resident Pay
Residents are paid by the MCG hospital according to the schedule outlined in
the Medical College of Georgia Graduate
Medical Education web site
Vacation
Each resident is allowed three one week vacations each year. One of these is
required as Christmas vacation. Additionally, Three days for the PGY2&3
residents and five days for the PGY4&5 are allowed off as needed for “personal
needs”.
