The Editorial Office of the Department of Neurosurgery was created to support the teaching mission of the surgeons here at MCG's Department of Neurosurgery. All the artwork and animation that you see here was created here at the Department of Neurosurgery by medical illustrators in our office. This page exists as a resource for MCG's neurosurgeons and neurosurgical residents to provide quick access to medical illustration/animation for use in their in-house and national lectures, presentations, and conferences. Additionally, it serves as a public venue for previously-published illustrations. Feel free to browse the artwork, but please remember that all material on this site is COPYRIGHTED, and use IN ANY FORM by NON-MCG entities, without written consent, IS ILLEGAL. (yes, even for your powerpoint presentations). MCG is very generous in giving consent, so please feel free to call and discuss your particular need with our office. lIlustrator Calendar The MCG Neurosurgery and Neurology staff are most welcome to request work from the Editorial Office. Web updates, image prep for Journal publication, graphic design requests (certificates, invitations, etc.) and many other small jobs are given priority and are not listed in the calendar below because they usually don't take very long to fill. |
