Composition
a. These standing committees shall consist of a chairman and six additional members. The chairman shall hold the rank of professor and must be tenured. Committee members shall be elected for three year rotating terms.
b. These standing committees are governed by the existing policies and rules as developed by the faculty and approved by the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs. These standing committees shall operate similar to the Faculty FAPT Committee.

Function
a. These committees shall review each tenured faculty member on a five year rotating basis. The committee serves in an advisory capacity to the Dean.
