Email is usually the fastest way to contact the AxiUm Project team members and provides them with a way to track, forward, and reply to problems.

If you prefer to talk to IT face-to-face, the Student Help Desk offers computer troubleshooting and technical support.

Detailed reports that will be run regularly, used by many, and cannot be easily generated in Info Mgr.

If you receive a spam message, select "Forward As Attachment" and send it to STOPSPAM. Afterwards, delete the original message. Do not open the attachment, as it may harbor a computer virus or other form of malicious software.

Computers, printers or scanners. Always check your connections and reboot before contacting IT.
