The MPH program builds on three core areas of scholarship: public health, health informatics and health administration. The iMPH offers a balanced and thorough curriculum covering knowledge, skills and competencies required for optimal professional performance in public health and health care settings. Credit Hours For the MPH degree, a minimum of 48 total semester didactic credit hours, a capstone experience (3 credits) and an internship (2 credits) are required. Students will be encouraged to take additional electives from courses available at MCG to enhance their educational experience.
